Field Work is Motion’s speed and movement session — built to make you faster, sharper, and more reactive. Each workout combines plyometrics, short sprints, and dynamic footwork to improve explosiveness, coordination, and athletic movement in every direction.

I understand that participation in Motion Training Club fitness sessions or community events held at or in partnership with Workout Harder Fitness—involves inherent risks of injury or harm.

By completing this registration, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities and hereby release, waive, and discharge Motion Training Club, Workout Harder Fitness, and their respective owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation.

I further certify that I am physically able to participate and take full responsibility for my health and safety. I also grant permission for any photos or videos captured during events to be used by Motion Training Club and Workout Harder Fitness for promotional purposes.
