Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in yoga, dance, fitness, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, slips, falls, dehydration, or other injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

Waiver and Release

In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in Fiesta Flow at Zipitios, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release and discharge:
	•	Albert Barrera / Fiesta Flow, event organizers, instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates;
	•	Zipitios, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives;

from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or causes of action of any kind, including those arising from negligence, relating to injuries, damages, illness, or losses I may sustain while participating in or attending this event.

Health Statement

I certify that I am physically fit to take part in this yoga and dance activity, and I am not aware of any condition that would prevent me from safely participating. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to attending if I have any concerns about my health or fitness level.

Assumption of Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for my own safety and well-being during the event. I understand that participation is voluntary and that I may withdraw at any time.

Photography/Media Release (Optional)

I grant permission for photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Fiesta Flow and Zipitios without compensation.

Severability

If any provision of this waiver is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.
