A Thursday night group workout series focused on building **strength**, **confidence**, and **resilience** inside and out. Each class has a different focus, from endurance to strength to mindset, so no two sessions feel the same.

Some classes may include short running intervals when weather permits, paired with a challenging but doable circuit. **Beginner-friendly**, go at your own pace, and modifications are always provided.

This is a space to try new things, get a little uncomfortable, and leave feeling proud of yourself.
