Fire and Ice

FIRE & ICE
A Rising Brotherhood Workshop at Optimyze
Sunday, September 27 | 3:00 to 5:00 PM

Fire & Ice is a two-hour immersive men's experience built to bring us out of the head, into the body, and into deeper connection with ourselves and one another.

We begin in the classroom with an hour of intentional men's work: community connection, honest check-ins, breathwork, primal energetics, and embodied practices that break through the surface and bring each man fully into the room.

From there, we move into the elements.

Inside the saunas, men are guided through dyad work, meeting another man through presence, reflection, challenge, and heat. We then enter contrast therapy together, moving between the cold tubs, hot tubs, and sauna, using breath, awareness, and nervous-system regulation to stay present inside intensity.

We close with movement practices that integrate the experience, move energy through the body, and leave each man grounded, awake, and connected.

Recovery sessions are easy to find. This is a chance to practice brotherhood under pressure: to meet discomfort consciously, soften where we have become guarded, strengthen where we have become passive, and remember what becomes possible when men choose to show up fully.
