Three mile beach run!! Out 1.5 miles and back. We’ll start the run from the coffee shop, and finish around the time it opens (@ 6:30 a.m.)

Start your morning off right! Join us for a morning run followed by a cup of coffee. Our goal is to form community, friendships, and get in shape with some motivation. We’ll meet at various coffee shops in the South Bay (Santa Monica to El Segundo area).
