**Fit Club Happy Hour – First Fridays at MADabolic Jupiter**

We’ll begin with a **functional strength workout** led by the MAD team, followed by a **yoga stretch** guided by rotating instructors from **Village Yoga**. This date will include a 20 minute stretch with Chelsea and sound bath by SofusionYoga.

After class, stick around for rotating wellness activations including:
