Join us on **Saturday, April 18th from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM** for a special **Fit + Faith 615 x The Yard Gym x Pause** community event.

This event is about more than just fitness — it’s about **faith, community, movement, and recovery**.

From **12:00 PM to 12:45 PM**, we’ll kick things off by sharing the heart behind **Fit + Faith 615** through a short message on the mission and why behind the community, followed by a **speed sermon** and **small group community time**.

From **1:00 PM to around 2:00–2:15 PM**, we’ll move into the **workout**, including the demo and full training session.

From **2:15 PM to 2:30 PM**, we’ll close out with **group shoutouts, MVP awards, and announcements**.

And don’t rush out after — your ticket also includes access to our **post-event recovery wellness social at Pause.** Stick around to mingle with the community and enjoy **exclusive Fit + Faith access to Pause recovery services**.
