We’re back and we’re turning up the heat at **D1 Cool Springs** on **Saturday, May 16th at 10:15 AM SHARP.**

Come ready for a powerful morning of faith, community, and a challenging workout that will test you physically and encourage you spiritually. As always, this will be a **difficult, high-energy workout**, so show up ready to work, push your limits, and move alongside a community that will not let you quit.

We’re also partnering with **Coldtubs** for post-event recovery, so after the workout you’ll have the chance to cold plunge, recover, and hang with the community. **Please bring your own towel if you plan on coldtubbing.**

**What to expect:**

**10:00–11:00 AM**
Small groups, community time, and speed sermon

**11:00 AM–12:15 PM**
Workout demo, warm-up, and workout

**12:30–1:00 PM**
Vendor time, recovery, and community hangout

Bring your Bible, bring your towel, bring your people, and come expectant. This is going to be one you don’t want to miss.
