FIT & FLOW COMMUNITY – PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE

By registering for and participating in the Fit & Flow Community event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1- Voluntary Participation
I understand that participating in fitness activities involves physical movement and may include risks such as injury, strain, or discomfort. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for my health and safety.

2- Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that I am responsible for assessing my own physical condition and participating only in activities that feel safe for me. I agree that I will stop any activity if I feel discomfort or pain.

3- Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless the event organizers, instructors, vendors, volunteers, and venue from any claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

4- Medical Disclaimer
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and, if necessary, have consulted with a healthcare professional prior to engaging in fitness activities.

5- Photography & Media Consent
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event. By attending, I grant permission for these images to be used for event promotion unless I notify organizers otherwise in writing.

6- Parental Consent (If Applicable)
If I am registering a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian and consent to their participation under the terms above.

By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release.

Fit & Flow Community!

Enjoy full access to the Fit & Flow Community event, including all morning fitness classes, vendor experiences, and community activities. This ticket gives you everything you need for a fun, uplifting wellness morning surrounded by great energy and great people. All ages welcome!

VIP Ticket Includes: Early Check-In – Skip the lines and settle in stress-free. Reserved Front-Row Space (First come First Serve)– Enjoy the best view for all fitness classes. Exclusive VIP Gift Bag – Filled with premium wellness goodies and special surprises from our vendors.  1 Complimentary Refreshment per VIP ticket –  Special Recognition – Celebrate your commitment to wellness with a little extra love from our team.

Young participants ages 12–15 can join the fun with a discounted youth ticket, giving them access to all classes and activities throughout the event. Children under 12 attend free, and we’ll have an outdoor playground and dedicated play area available so the little ones can stay entertained while you enjoy the event.

Must Have and present a Valid Student ID at the door with this ticket. 

Groups of 4 or more can purchase this ticket price. Ticket includes general admission only.
