FIT & FLOW SUMMER RESET – PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Fit & Flow Summer Reset event (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness, wellness, and related activities—including but not limited to yoga, Pilates, HIIT, strength training, mobility exercises, and other physical activities—carries inherent risks. These risks may include injury, illness, or other unforeseen conditions. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

2. Health Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically able to participate in the Event and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity if I have concerns.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Fit & Flow, its organizers, instructors, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and the event venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during participation in the Event.

4. Personal Responsibility
I agree to listen to my body, participate at my own pace, and stop any activity if I feel discomfort, pain, or distress. I understand that instructors may provide guidance but are not responsible for monitoring my individual condition.

5. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission to Fit & Flow to capture and use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me during the Event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

6. No Refund Policy
I acknowledge that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.

7. COVID-19 & Illness Acknowledgment (if applicable)
I understand that participation in public events carries a risk of exposure to illness. I agree not to attend if I am experiencing symptoms of illness or have been advised to quarantine.

8. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability in full. (Digital ticket purchase constitutes acceptance of this waiver.)

From energizing workouts to mindful movement and inspiring experiences, teens will have the opportunity to build confidence, stay active, and be part of a positive, high-vibe environment. What’s included: • Access to select fitness & wellness sessions • A supportive, community-focused atmosphere • Opportunities to learn healthy habits in a fun way Please Note: Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the event waiver on their behalf. We’re excited to welcome our youngest community members! 💛 Children ages 12 and under receive free entry to the Fit & Flow Summer Reset when accompanied by a registered adult. This is a family-friendly event where kids can experience a positive, active, and uplifting environment while parents enjoy the full wellness experience.
