By attending Fit Girls-giving, a Fit Girl Things x Etam event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation, including but not limited to physical exertion, injury, dehydration, or property loss.

You confirm that you are in good physical condition, have no known medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating, and are voluntarily engaging in this activity.

By participating, you release and hold harmless Fit Girl Things, Etam, their instructors, staff, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your participation before, during, or after the event.

You also acknowledge that this event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Fit Girl Things and Etam the right to use your image, voice, and likeness in marketing materials, social media, and digital or print publications without further consent or compensation.
