ELEVATE is a women’s strength experience led by certified personal trainers. The event includes a 60-minute coached partner workout focused on full-body strength (with a little extra love for the lower body), guidance on proper lifting technique, and a supportive women’s training environment.

Light refreshments will be available after the workout so everyone can connect and recharge.
