With a background in exercise science and extensive experience in corporate wellness and private training, she brings a refined, structured approach to fitness focused on strength, longevity, and sustainability.

Vittoria is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor who brings positive energy, thoughtful coaching, and a welcoming approach to every class. She teaches Milo’s Method and SWEAT Express™, helping members of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, and consistency.
