• FFC - Gold Coast (6th floor: pickleball) 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
• FFC - rooftop private event: 7:00pm - 8:00pm.

**PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE — EVER AFTER**

By registering for and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

**Assumption of Risk.** I understand this event involves physical activity (including but not limited to pickleball and related movement) and social interaction. I voluntarily participate with full knowledge of the risks, including risk of injury, illness, or property damage, and I assume all such risks.

**Release of Liability.** I release and hold harmless Ever After Ventures LLC, its organizers, hosts, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue and its owners from any and all claims, demands, or liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

**Fitness to Participate.** I confirm I am physically able to participate and have no condition that would make participation unsafe. I am responsible for my own health and will stop if I experience discomfort.

**Media Release.** I grant Ever After Ventures LLC permission to photograph, film, and record me during the event, and to use that content (including interviews) for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, without compensation. If I do not wish to appear, I will notify staff on site.

**Code of Conduct.** I agree to treat all participants, staff, and venue property with respect. Ever After reserves the right to remove anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

**Acknowledgment.** I am 21 years of age or older. I have read and understood these terms and agree to them voluntarily.
