**🚤 Boat departs the dock at 6:30AM sharp** for a 45-minute Pilates class on the water, led by Diana — aka @gainzgoddess.

Pilates on the Water — Waiver, Release of Liability & Event Policies
Please read this entire document carefully before signing. By purchasing a ticket to, registering for, or participating in the Pilates on the Water event ("Event") hosted by Mondays Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in the Event involves physical exercise (Pilates) aboard a moving watercraft while touring the Chicago River. I understand and acknowledge that this activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: slipping, tripping, or falling on a wet or moving deck; muscle strain, sprain, or other physical injury; motion sickness; exposure to weather conditions; the movement, wake, or docking of the vessel; and the general risks associated with being on or near open water, including the risk of falling overboard or drowning. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, illness, or death that may result from my participation, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
2. Release of Liability & Indemnification
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mondays Collective, its founders, employees, instructors, volunteers, and any affiliated vendors, sponsors, or the boat operator/vessel owner (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Loss of or Damage to Property
Mondays Collective and the Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including but not limited to phones, clothing, jewelry, or personal belongings brought onto the dock or vessel. Participants bring personal items on board at their own risk.
4. Physical Condition & Medical Disclaimer
I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in a Pilates class or boat-based activity. I understand that Mondays Collective and its instructors are not medical professionals, and I am solely responsible for consulting a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns. I agree to inform the instructor of any injuries or physical limitations prior to the start of class.
5. Photo & Video Release
I grant Mondays Collective permission to photograph and video record me during the Event and to use these images/recordings across social media, marketing, and promotional materials without compensation. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I must notify Mondays Collective in writing prior to the Event.
6. Payment, Refunds & Ticket Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, illness, or late arrival.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, gifted, or transferred to another individual.
The boat departs the dock promptly at the scheduled time. If you miss the boarding/departure window, you forfeit your spot and will not receive a refund or credit toward a future event.
Mondays Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control. In the event of a cancellation by Mondays Collective (not the participant), participants will be offered a credit or rebooking option at Mondays Collective's discretion.
7. Allergies, Dietary Needs & Clothing/Religious Accommodations
If you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or clothing needs related to religious or cultural practices, please email us separately in advance of the Event at [insert contact email] so we can do our best to accommodate you. Requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
8. Eligibility & Conduct
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend.
Mondays Collective reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who arrives intoxicated, poses a safety risk to themselves or others, or fails to follow crew/instructor safety instructions.
Participants must follow all instructions given by the boat crew and event staff at all times, including safety briefings.
9. Severability & Governing Law
If any portion of this waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Acknowledgment & Signature
I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. I understand that by signing below (or by checking the acknowledgment box at checkout), I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue.
