Welcome to **FLOW FEST by** [**Inspired Warrior Project**](https://inspiredwarriorproject.com/)**!** A come-as-you-are wellness experience designed to let you explore movement, healing, connection, and community without the pressure of doing it all.



Throughout the event, we’ll have **25-minute back-to-back of different movement and wellness experiences** led by local instructors and practitioners.



Take one class. Take them all. Skip a few and wander through our Wellness Experience Stations. Grab a drink. Meet someone new. Get a mini treatment. Sit your ass down and do absolutely nothing for a minute.



**You get to choose what your body needs.**



There is no perfect way to “do” Flow Fest.

Come when the doors open, stay for the whole experience, or simply **ebb + flow** throughout the day.

Dance, Strength or High-Energy Movement

Yoga / Power Flow

Breathwork + Nervous System Reset

**12:00 PM - Sound Bath with Inspired Warrior Project**
Sound Bath + Deep Rest
