Flow Fest Seattle is a 3 day event celebrating flow arts, fire dancing, circus arts, and all forms of symbiotic play.&#x20;

The weekend starts on Friday, June 12th with a Community Fire Jam held at Volunteer Park. Fire spinners will need to register in advance but all are welcome to come and join the festivities.

Our main event is Saturday, June 13th at Woodland Park, Picnic Area 1! We'll have over 40 workshops (both free and paid) focused on flow arts, juggling, dance, and more, as well as vendors, serendipitous moments of whimsy, and a spectacular performance to cap it all off.&#x20;

On Sunday, June 14th, we'll return to Woodland Park for an all day flow jam, along with our friends from Seattle Flowmies.&#x20;

ALL of the events at Flow Fest are free to attend, but a workshop pass gets you access to everything we have to offer.&#x20;

LiviJoyHoops has been providing handmade, high quality hoops in the Pacific Northwest for over a decade. In addition to making beautiful hoops, she's also an amazing human and we're so lucky to have her in our community!

Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk

Participant desires to participate in circus and performance arts, including but not limited to flow arts training, dance training, and the observation of such activities (“Activity”) hosted by the Seattle Flow Arts Collective (“SFAC”).

This agreement covers the entirety of Activities hosted by SFAC in the calendar year beginning on January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2026. An updated waiver must be completed for the current calendar year in order to participate in SFAC Activities.

I acknowledge that my attendance and/or participation in SFAC Activities entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical, psychological, or emotional injuries including, but not limited to slips and falls; falling from equipment; rope burns; pinches, scrapes, twists and jolts that could result in scratches, bruises, sprains, lacerations, fractures, concussions; strains, cuts, burns, bruises, muscle soreness and fractures; musculoskeletal injuries including head, neck, and back; injuries to internal organs; physical damage, paralysis, death, damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I know that due to the nature of many group activities that there is a risk of damage to my person or property that could be caused by intentional or negligent actions by third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity and could occur due to the negligence of other people.

 I HEREBY VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISKS OF ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY ACTIVITY AT OR ASSOCIATED WITH SFAC, including but not limited to flow arts, prop manipulation, dance, juggling, and circus skills training.

I hereby voluntarily WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS the SFAC, and/or any of its agents, the facility and/or any agents at which the Activity is held, and any other entities that help support the Activity from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities for death, personal injury, partial or permanent disability, property damage, medical or hospital bills, theft, or damage of any kind, including economic losses and claims which allege negligent acts or omissions, which may arise by reason of my participation and/or presence at the Event.


I certify that I have adequate resources and/or insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.

I agree that I will not bring any action or claim against any of the parties hereby released for any reason associated with the Activity. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining document shall remain in full force and effect.

I have received and read the SFAC Code of Conduct and will abide by its terms while participating in the Activity.

IF PARTICIPANT IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18, PARTICIPANT’S PARENT OR GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THIS AGREEMENT TO ALLOW PARTICIPANT TO PARTICIPATE. PARENT OR GUARDIAN REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE/THEY IS/ARE THE LEGAL PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF THE PARTICIPANT and acknowledges that the participant and Parent/Guardian are bound by all the terms of this agreement. Parent/Guardian understands that the minor Participant would not be permitted to take part in the Activity unless Parent/Guardian agrees to the terms of the Agreement.

I HEREBY AFFIRM THAT I HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY TO READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT, AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THE POSSIBLE HAZARDS OF ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING AT/IN THE ACTIVITY AND I AM FULLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVING ALL LIABILITY THAT MAY ARISE BY REASON OF THIS PARTICIPATION AFTER FULL CONSIDERATION OF THE RIGHTS I AM WAIVING. THIS WAIVER IS IN CONSIDERATION OF MY BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING AT THE EVENT.

Participant Media Release
SFAC works with photographers and videographers from time to time to capture what happens in our classes, workshops, jams, and other activities. SFAC activities are public events unless otherwise noted, so your likeness may appear incidentally in photographs and videos. SFAC asks its photographers to obtain consent from subjects prior to being photographed unless it is unsafe or impractical to do so.

I ACKNOWLEDGE that video and/or photographs of me may be taken AND AUTHORIZE the use of any and all photographs and video taken of me at the Activity on behalf of SFAC to be used by SFAC for promotional purposes or any other uses without further consent or notification. I will notify SFAC if for any reason I do not want my photograph to be used.
