Together, we’ll flow through a flowing and powerful journey:

9:45 am - Arrive & settle in

10:00 am - Pilates by Meghan

10:45 am - Guided meditation + sound bath

11:15 am - Nourish: parfait bar, elixirs, natural juices

12:00 pm - Flow State Activation: Recharge & Renew

1:00 pm - Poolside unwind + heartfelt connection

2:00 pm - Farewell & flow onward

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, I grant Flow State Collective permission to use my image, voice, or likeness in any content (including social media, website, and marketing materials), with no expectation of compensation.

I release Flow State Collective, its partners, and affiliates from any liability related to the use of this content and understand that the intention is to respectfully reflect the essence of the experience and community.

If I prefer not to be photographed or filmed, I will notify a Flow State team member at check-in, and reasonable accommodations will be made to honor my request.

General Liability
I acknowledge that this wellness event may include physical movement (Pilates), breathwork, and mindfulness practices. I participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my physical and emotional well-being during the event.
