Flow Life is all about bringing people together through movement, good energy, and community. Join us on the third floor of Get Refreshed in Coral Gables for a morning where you can work out, meet new people, and enjoy a laid-back rooftop atmosphere.

We’ll have cycling classes, Pilates classes, and open gym access so you can move however you want. Then we’ll wind things down with a rooftop lounge featuring local vendors, refreshments, food, music, and a chance to hang out and connect.

Whether you’re into fitness, looking to try something new, or just want to spend a few hours around positive people, we’d love to have you there.
