Guided by one of Pilates’ core principles, *flow,* we create unique pop-up experiences across the West Coast that invite you to move, breathe, and find your calm in nature.

***What to Expect:***

**9a:** Check-in at Bala HQ and mingle with the community&#x20;

**9:15a:** Mat Pilates with Bala props. Open to all fitness levels!

**10:00-10:30a:** Re-fuel and social time!

It's a nondescript buildilng from the front. **Enter through the front of the building and check in with the Flow team.**

***Parking:*** Very limited paid street parking with some free streets nearby if you're up for a walk! We highly encourage rideshare or carpooling with friends.

**Wellness Tote:** All guests will receive a thoughtfully curated bag with products from some of our favorite wellness and beauty brands. Everything to keep you glowing this year! 😘

Bala mats and props will be provided for class. Please bring water!

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in Pilates, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscle strains, equipment-related injuries, and unforeseen medical conditions. I understand that Flow Pilates Club and its instructors will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with physical activity.

2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in Flow Pilates Club LLC classes and assume all risks related to my participation, whether known or unknown. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before engaging in physical activity and that I am physically and medically able to participate.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Flow Pilates Club LLC, its owners, instructors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, including injury, illness, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Flow Pilates Club LLC instructors or staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Photography & Media Release 
I grant Flow Pilates Club LLC permission to use photos and videos taken during classes for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you would not like to be photographed, please also let the instructor know on-site when you arrive so they know where you are in the crowd.

6. Agreement to Terms
I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms by checking this question box.
