Take a pause from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself through movement, mindfulness, and deep rest.

**Flow & Restore is a monthly 2-hour experience** designed to help you reset physically, mentally, and energetically.&#x20;



• The first hour is an energizing yet beginner friendly mindful flow to build warmth, encourage circulation, and help you reconnect with your body.&#x20;

• The second hour is dedicated to slowing down with deep yin and restorative postures, allowing your nervous system to unwind and your body to fully relax.



Throughout the experience, guided mindfulness practices and moments of reflection will be woven in to help you check in with yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and create space for greater clarity and intention. Each month may explore a different theme, offering an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reset in community.



The experience concludes with an extended sound bath savasana, creating space to fully absorb the benefits of the practice and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.



Whether you're looking to release stress, cultivate mindfulness, support your well-being, or simply carve out time for yourself, this class offers a balance of movement and stillness designed to meet you where you are.



All levels welcome. Come as you are.

Yoga Class and Sound Bath Liability Waiver and Release

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a yoga class that includes physical movement, breathwork, meditation, restorative and yin postures, and a sound bath experience. I acknowledge that yoga and sound healing involve physical and emotional activities that may carry a risk of injury, discomfort, or emotional release.

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health, or that I have consulted with a qualified healthcare professional before participating. I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and rest at any time. I agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other concerns prior to class.

I understand that I may stop participation at any time during the class if I feel discomfort or pain. I accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well being during and after the class.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the instructor, teacher, facilitator, assistants, and Flow Yoga, including its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, emotional distress, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that this class includes sound instruments which may include singing bowls, chimes, or other sound healing tools. I acknowledge that sound experiences can affect individuals differently and that I am responsible for communicating any discomfort.

I acknowledge that this event is donation based and that no refunds or guarantees are offered.

I agree that this waiver is binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

By signing up for class, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
