Join us for a 2-mile run or a hot girl/boy walk your pace, your vibe and your flow! Bring your friends! Pets are welcome, but unfortunately not upstairs. Depending on attendance, we might even wrap it up with a sunset watch party. This is our first event—let’s make it the biggest yet! Running

Acknowledgment of Risks
I acknowledge that participating in Flow Run Club events involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, weather-related hazards, traffic, or equipment failure. I understand that running is a potentially strenuous activity and that participation is voluntary.

Health & Safety
I affirm that I am physically able to participate in running activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding any health concerns before participating.

Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Flow Run Club, including risks of injury or death. I accept personal responsibility for my safety and well-being during participation.

Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I, for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby release and hold harmless Flow Run Club, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in Flow Run Club activities, including negligence of the released parties.

Photography & Media Release
I consent to Flow Run Club photographing and/or recording my participation in events. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing, or website content, without compensation.

Acknowledgment & Signature
I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
