Join us for an all-levels 45m beach pilates flow led by Karla Escobar in South Beach. Followed by a short walk to grab coffee, where we'll pass out 2026 bingo-style vision boards for you to create at home!

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the Flow, Set & Sip Event involves physical activity, including but not limited to pilates exercises on sand, walking on uneven or public surfaces, exposure to sun, heat, weather conditions, and travel on foot to a local coffee shop. I acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strain, dehydration, allergic reactions, illness, or other serious injury.
I knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

2. Health Representation
I represent that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this Flow, Set & Sip Event and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own condition and will stop participating if I feel unwell or unsafe.
No medical advice or treatment is provided during this Event.

3. Informal Instruction Acknowledgment
I understand and acknowledge that this Flow, Set & Sip Event is not a formal pilates class, training session, or fitness program. Instruction, if any, is provided on an informal, general, and voluntary basis and is not a substitute for professional fitness, medical, or therapeutic instruction.
I acknowledge that I am participating at my own discretion, may modify or skip any movement, and am solely responsible for my safety and well-being throughout the Event.

4. Release of Liability (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE)
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Flow, Set & Sip Event, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge [Chelsea Collado], operating as [Solita Social Club], as well as, [Karla Escobar], operating as the pilates instructor, including any volunteers, assistants, or collaborators, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained by me, INCLUDING THOSE CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.
This release applies regardless of whether the organizer has formed a limited liability company (LLC).

5. Public & Third-Party Locations
I understand that the Flow, Set & Sip Event takes place in public outdoor spaces and includes visiting a third-party business (coffee shop). I acknowledge that the Event organizer does not own, control, or assume responsibility for the condition of public areas or third-party establishments.

6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of my participation in the Flow, Set & Sip Event.

7. Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for photographs or video recordings taken during the Event to be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes by [Solita Social Club], without compensation.

8. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate court located in Florida.

9. Severability
If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
