Each Flow State is a sunset-to-evening ritual designed to ground, uplift, and connect. Join us under the trees for an unforgettable journey:

**Schedule**

* **6:00 PM** – Check-in (RSVP required & will be checked), explore local vendors, and grab some free wellness goodies
* **6:30 PM** – Community yoga & mindful movement 
* **7:30 PM** – Immersive sound bath journey ( live instruments + intuitive vocals)
* **8:00 PM** – Conscious dance moment 
* **9:00 PM+** – Explore Ironside’s shops, restaurants, and post-event activations

I agree that event organizers may use any photos, videos, or recordings captured during the event for promotional purposes.
