Casa Caliente is bringing the heat to mark the longest day of the year with FORM & FIRE — a heated mat Pilates sculpt class rooted in alignment, control, and igniting your powerhouse. This is classical Pilates with intention, turned all the way up.



The sun is at its peak. So are you!



This is an all-levels class designed for every body ready to show up, dig deep, and move with purpose. Whether you're new to the mat or a seasoned mover, you belong here. The work will challenge you. The heat will push you. The experience will stay with you.

**What to expect:** Rooted in classical Pilates — expect precise, intentional movement focused on alignment and control. We'll layer in sculpt work to tone and strengthen, so you leave feeling long, worked, and lit from within.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in heated mat Pilates sculpt classes involves physical activity that carries inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to muscle strain, physical exhaustion, or injury resulting from the heated environment.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Casa Caliente, its instructors, employees, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I confirm that I am in adequate physical health to participate in this class. I understand it takes place in a heated environment and I accept full responsibility for knowing my own physical limits. I agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or concerns prior to class.

MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Casa Caliente and its affiliates full permission to photograph, film, and record my likeness during this event. I understand this content may be used for promotional, educational, and social media purposes across all platforms including but not limited to Instagram, without compensation or further notice.
