I release and hold harmless Club Vita by ESTABLISHED, Lauren Robinson, event staff, sponsors, partners, and the venue from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation.

I understand this event will be photographed and filmed, and I grant permission for my image and likeness to be used for future marketing and promotional purposes.

I understand that tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
