Photo & Video:
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during this event for use on social media and promotional materials. By attending, I grant permission for my likeness to be used in such content.

Outdoor Event Policy:
I understand that this is an outdoor event and agree to come prepared for outdoor conditions. In the event that weather requires a reschedule, I will be notified as soon as possible and a backup plan will be provided. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related rescheduling.

Assumption of Risk & Release:
I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or incidents that may occur during my participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the event hosts, instructors, partners, and venue from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation in this experience.
