For the third year in a row, Rumble Boxing is partnering with Team Fox, the grassroots fundraising community of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (MJFF), during Parkinson's Awareness month to help raise funds and support.

Rumble Boxing studios across the world are a made of true fighters, and the fight doesn't stop at the bell. Let's work together to bring awareness to the benefits of movement and how Parkinson's disease affects so many.

### For your First Time

Wear something comfortable and don't forget a water bottle! **Please arrive 15 minutes before class start time for Pre-Class**. During Pre-Class we give you a tour, set you up with gear, introduce you to your coach and review the punches you'll be throwing.

### Gear

**Hand wraps AND gloves are required for class.** We encourage you to bring your own gear if you have! If not, we got you covered-

#### Rentals:

* Gloves = Rent for $5
* Hand wraps = Rent for $5/ Purchase for $27
* Rent both for $10

Medical tape or lifting gloves do not qualify as hand wraps; they must be traditional cloth wraps or quick wraps.

*If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your class start time, you are considered late and will be required to reschedule. Example: Class is at 12p, 12:06p is considered late.*
