CLASS DESCRIPTION

This is a low-impact sculpt class inspired by mat Pilates-style movements, designed to strengthen and tone the full body through controlled, intentional sequencing.

Expect:

* core-focused movement
* lower body sculpting
* upper body toning
* bodyweight conditioning
* steady, controlled pacing

All levels are welcome, with modifications offered throughout the class.
