Complementary Saturday morning beach yoga.  Indulge in self care as we explore breath work, intention setting and short meditation to center and ground before movement. All levels encouraged and welcome!!!

Suggested to bring a large sheet/towel/mat and water to hydrate.  We do offer mats if needed. We meet just south of Muscle Beach at our colorful shed by volleyball nets.  (lummus and 8th) then walk out to the water together to flow!
