\- Wear some comfy clothes.

\- Bring your mat and (optional) blocks.

\- And feel free to bring a friend, too!

There is free parking.

Please check in with Christina (CYT-200: Certified Yoga Teacher) before class. 

The space is limited so please register for class and if you change your plans, cancel your ticket in the SweatPals app so another can fill that slot! Thank you!

This is a free offering and donations are welcomed at the end of class.
