If you’ve been running on empty or just need a moment to breathe, join us for a private group sound bath designed to help you reset, reconnect, and relax. This mini retreat includes guided intention setting, a calming meditation, and time to connect with others in a peaceful setting.

What is a sound bath?
A Busy Body Retreats sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where crystal singing bowls and chimes are played live, no speakers, no microphones, just pure sound and vibration.

You’ll be invited to lie down or sit in a comfortable position as waves of sound wash over you, helping your body release tension, your mind find stillness, and your nervous system settle. Some guests even incorporate gentle stretching to deepen their relaxation.

What you’ll experience
* A live, acoustic sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes
* Gentle, meditative tones that support nervous system regulation and emotional release
* A moment of intentional stillness, guided breathing, and a chance to truly unwind


What to bring
Mats will be provided, and to make your experience cozy and supportive, we recommend:

* A blanket and pillow for comfort
* Water
* Optional: eye mask, bolster, or anything that helps you relax more fully We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to settle in, choose your ideal distance, and make the most of your experience.

Sound Bath Meditation Events

By registering for and/or attending any Busy Body Retreats LLC (“BBR”) sound bath meditation, wellness class, or related activity (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms. I understand that this Agreement applies to all current and future BBR events I attend.

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that sound bath meditation may involve lying down, sitting, breathwork, stretching, sensory stimulation, vibration from sound frequencies, and relaxation techniques. I acknowledge that these activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to: dizziness, emotional release, physical discomfort, allergic reactions, light-headedness, falling asleep, sensitivity to sound, stress responses, muscle tension, or other unforeseen physical or mental reactions.

I certify that I am voluntarily participating in the Event and assume full responsibility for any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation. I understand that BBR staff, facilitators, volunteers, or venue personnel are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I agree to listen to my body, participate at my own pace, and immediately stop any activity that causes discomfort.

2. HEALTH DISCLOSURE

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Event. I understand that sound-based modalities may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to: epilepsy, sound sensitivity disorders, PTSD, severe anxiety, cardiovascular conditions, implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers), pregnancy, or recent injuries.

I agree that it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed physician before participating if I have any health concerns.

I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation regardless of any underlying conditions.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & WAIVER OF CLAIMS

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS:

Busy Body Retreats LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, instructors, partners, affiliate organizations, and the venue (“Released Parties”)

from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to:
	•	personal injury
	•	illness or medical incidents
	•	emotional distress
	•	property damage
	•	negligence (except gross negligence or intentional misconduct)
	•	any consequences of my participation, whether expected or unexpected

This waiver applies to myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my actions, participation, or failure to follow Event instructions.

5. MEDIA RELEASE & CONSENT FOR PHOTO/VIDEO

I understand that Busy Body Retreats LLC may record, photograph, or livestream portions of the Event for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes.

By attending, I grant Busy Body Retreats LLC the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to:
	•	photograph me
	•	record audio or video of me
	•	capture my likeness, voice, or silhouette
	•	use, edit, publish, or distribute this content in any media format (including social media, websites, ads, print, digital, or promotional materials)

I understand that:
	•	I will not receive compensation for the use of such media.
	•	My name may be used, but it is not required.
	•	All media becomes the exclusive property of Busy Body Retreats LLC.

If I do not wish to be captured in media, it is my responsibility to notify the facilitator before the Event and avoid areas being recorded or photographed.

6. CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS

I agree that by registering for the Event, BBR may contact me via email or SMS regarding event updates, safety information, and optional wellness offerings. I may unsubscribe at any time.

7. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

I confirm that:
	•	I have read this waiver in full.
	•	I understand its contents.
	•	I am aware that this is a legally binding release of liability.
	•	I am participating voluntarily.
