 CLASS SCHEDULE:

🍑 ASS & ABS 🍑
Time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Coach: Jessica Dosterschill
✔️ No prior experience required, but familiarity with barbell strength training is recommended.
✔️ This is a fast-paced, high-intensity class designed to build a stronger core and add serious muscle mass to your glutes.
✔️ Expect a fun, challenging 60-minute group workout that pushes you to the next level!

🏋🏽 OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING 🏋🏽‍♀️
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Coach: Kenderic McMillian
✔️ Experience Required: At least 1 year of Olympic lifting experience is necessary to participate.
✔️ This isn’t just a class—it’s a competitive training environment where lifters will work up to heavy “max” attempts for the day, pushing each other to hit PR’s.
✔️ If you thrive in an intense, high-energy atmosphere where big lifts and big hype are the norm, this is for you!

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge and understand that participation in the Free Community Workout at Hunger in the Wild (“HITW”) involves physical activity that may be strenuous and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other injuries. I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may arise from my participation.

I understand that the Olympic Weightlifting – Max Out Session requires at least one year of prior Olympic weightlifting experience and is not an instructional class. I certify that if I have registered for this class, I meet this requirement and am responsible for my own technique and safety.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Hunger in the Wild, its owners, coaches, trainers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to any injury, illness, or damages sustained while participating in the Free Community Workout, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that Hunger in the Wild is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent me from safely participating in this workout. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in physical activity. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Hunger in the Wild to seek medical assistance on my behalf if necessary.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I grant Hunger in the Wild permission to take photographs and videos during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. I understand that these images may be used in social media, advertising, and other marketing materials.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
By signing and/or agreeing, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability. I fully accept all risks and responsibilities associated with my participation.
