**Free Community Yoga | Every 2nd Monday of the Month**

This series exists to make yoga accessible, build real community, and give back locally.

Your class is free with the donation of  two full sized toileteries going to the women and childen's shelter at SaFE Place Austin.   You're welcome to  make a monetary donation  in lieu of donated items if you like. Together, we’re supporting our neighbors while caring for our bodies and nervous systems.

No experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just movement, breath, and connection for a good cause. Come help us reduce food scarcity, support a local charity, and move alongside a community that cares.

**Who this is for:** Everyone! Ages 10+ welcome. No prior experience needed.

**What to bring:** Yoga mat and water bottle.

**Registration:** Prior registration is required as space is limited. If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation so someone else can join.
