FREE Kendall Community Yoga
We are Birds of Paradise! Our goal is to create a yoga community that brings connection and accessible wellness to our local area!
Join us for a free, ALL levels yoga session at the park. This is open to everyone and focuses on gentle movement, breath, and relaxation. Bring a mat, a friend, water and an open mind! Come as you are, hope to see you there!
