Pilates Party & Shop Like It's 1995

We’re ending October with something so special — our very first Pilates & Lattes Market & Celebration at The Gates Hotel South Beach!

This one’s all about giving back to our community — the girls (and guys) who’ve been with us since the start. We’ll be teaching two Pilates classes, a fun 90s-inspired dance class, and hosting a local brand market so you can shop small and support your favorite Miami vendors.

Think: movement, music, coffee, and poolside hangs all morning long. And because it’s 2025… we’re throwing it back 30 years — party like it’s 1995! ✨ Come dressed in your best neon, spandex, or retro glam for a chance to win prizes — we’ll be giving goodies to the first 5 best dressed!

See you on the mat (and by the pool!) 🩷
