Crystal singing bowls and chimes will fill the air with calming, immersive sound vibrations that support deep rest, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Whether you’re new to sound baths or returning to your practice, you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.



💫 What You’ll Experience
	•	A live, acoustic sound bath—no speakers or mics, just the pure sound of crystal bowls and nature.
	•	Gentle, meditative tones that encourage nervous system regulation, release tension, and promote presence.
	•	Time to settle in, breathe deeply, and fully unwind.



🧘‍♀️ What to Bring
To make your experience as cozy as possible, we recommend bringing:
	•	A yoga mat, towel, or chair
	•	A hat or sun covering
	•	Water
	•	Blanket or pillow for comfort
	•	Optional: eye mask, bolster, or whatever helps you relax

The sound is strongest near the bowls and softer further away. Arriving 10–15 minutes early gives you time to settle in and choose your preferred distance and comfort zone.

Voluntary Participation
I understand that I am choosing to participate in wellness experiences hosted by Busy Body Retreats LLC, including but not limited to sound baths, breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement. I acknowledge that participation may involve physical, emotional, or energetic responses.


Assumption of Risk
I recognize that these activities may involve potential risks such as dizziness, emotional discomfort, or the aggravation of existing conditions. I confirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate and that I take full responsibility for my health and well-being during the session.

Medical Responsibility
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if I have any health concerns prior to participating. I am choosing to join this event either with medical clearance or by accepting personal responsibility for doing so without it.

Release of Liability
I voluntarily waive, release, and hold harmless Busy Body Retreats LLC, including its owners, facilitators, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, or actions resulting from injury, illness, or any other outcome arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Personal Responsibility
I agree to listen to my body and honor my limits. I understand that participation is always optional, and I may modify or step away from any activity at any time.

Media Release
I give permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used by Busy Body Retreats LLC for marketing or promotional purposes.

Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
