Feel like you've been running on empty? Take an hour to just rest, unwind and reconnect with nature and the feeling of peacefulness in this free, unplugged outdoor sound bath.

**What is a sound bath?**
A Busy Body Retreats sound bath is a relaxing and meditative experience where crystal singing bowls and chimes are played and the sound vibrations wash over you. Guests are often lying down or seated, and always encouraged to find the most comfortable position to honor whatever adjustments their body needs. Sometimes that even means your own gentle stretching!

**Please note: This sound bath is performed live and unplugged meaning no microphones or speakers are used. You'll experience the natural, immersive sound of the crystal bowls in real time, just as they're played.**

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to secure a spot closer to the singing bowls for a louder experience, or further away for less intensity.

What You'll Experience
• A live, acoustic sound bath, **no speakers or mics,** just the pure sound of crystal bowls and nature.
• Gentle, meditative tones that encourage nervous system regulation, release tension, and promote presence.
•Time to settle in, breathe deeply, and fully unwind.

What to Bring
To make your experience as cozy as possible, we recommend bringing:
•A yoga mat, towel, or chair
• A hat or sun covering
• Water
• Blanket or pillow for comfort
• Optional: eye mask, bolster, or whatever helps you relax

**Arrive Early for the Best Spot**
The sound is strongest near the bowls and softer further away. Arriving 10-15 minutes early gives you time to settle in and choose your preferred distance and comfort zone.
