Originally founded by Mimi Yoga YTT12 in 2024 as Good Morning Yoga, Root to Rise is happy to take over the weekly tradition.

Join us for a Saturday morning 60-minute Vinyasa flow, rising with the sun and starting your day in the best way possible. Teachers rotate weekly, and class is open to all levels.

📍The Beach @ Allison Park 6500 Collins Ave, Miami Beach (in between the purple lifeguard tower and white shed).

* Sunscreen

ROOT TO RISE — COMMUNITY YOGA WAIVER & RELEASE

By participating in this free community yoga class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a physical activity that involves movement, stretching, balance, and breathwork. I acknowledge that yoga, like any physical activity, carries the risk of injury.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that practicing yoga outdoors, including on sand or uneven surfaces, may increase the possibility of slips, falls, or other risks. I accept full responsibility for my participation and for any injuries or health conditions that may result.

Health & Physical Condition
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this class. I agree to listen to my body, modify poses as needed, and stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Medical Responsibility
I acknowledge that the instructors and organizers are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat injuries or conditions. I agree to seek my own medical advice if I have concerns about my ability to participate safely.

Release of Liability
By participating, I release and hold harmless Root To Rise, its instructors, volunteers, partners, and event hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising out of my participation in this class.

Outdoor Conditions
I understand that this class takes place outdoors and may be impacted by weather, wildlife, or environmental conditions. I agree to take appropriate precautions such as wearing sunscreen and staying hydrated.

Personal Belongings
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own belongings. Root To Rise is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Photography & Media Consent
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during class for community or promotional use. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify the instructor before class begins.

Class Cancellations
I acknowledge that Root To Rise classes are free community events and may be canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Agreement
By agreeing below—I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
