Join us for a Saturday morning 60-minute Vinyasa flow, rising with the sun and starting your day in the best way possible. Teachers rotate weekly, and class is open to all levels.

📍The Beach @ Allison Park 6500 Collins Ave, Miami Beach (in between the purple lifeguard tower and white shed).

PARKING can sometimes be difficult. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. There is a lot at Allison Park but it is usually full — Collins Ave usually has parking as well as some of the side streets but BE MINDFUL of the parking signs as there are many tow away zones!

**Please note that class is weather permitting. We may have to make last minute decisions based on the weather and safety of our students, but will do our best to notify as soon as we can!
