Free to Breathe

Free to Breathe
A free community gathering under the banyans

Every Sunday morning, we gather beneath the old trees of Legion Park to slow down, move, and come home to ourselves, together.

Bring your little ones, your partner, your mother, your friend, or simply yourself. There is space for everyone here.

We begin with playful movement to wake the body, then settle into gentle breath, and rest in a sound bath as the bay breeze moves through the branches. We close in circle, as a community.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.
