Join us every Sunday for **Soul Service**, a free community yoga class designed to uplift your spirit, nourish your soul, and deepen your connection to self and others. This vinyasa flow emphasizes the connection of movement, breath, and music to create a soulful, meditative practice. Rooted in mindfulness and gratitude, this class offers a welcoming space for reflection, renewal, and connection—both on and off the mat. All are welcome!

*Register through Sweatpals, sign the waiver, and check in with the front desk before heading into the studio. Classes begin on time - please show up 5 minutes early to grab your spot if you signed a waiver in advance, otherwise please show up 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver in person.*
