A free monthly wellness walk to move your body, clear your mind, and connect—with nature, with others, and with yourself.

Each Soul Stroll is centered around a one-word theme—**Trust, Becoming, Vision, Releasing, Boldness,** or **Receiving**—and includes:
• A few minutes of grounding breathing & mindset support
• Time in nature
• Space for reflection & journaling
• Honest, heart-led conversations

***First half** is guided & structured*

***Second half** is free-flowing & non-structured*&#x20;

No pressure. No expectations. No performance.

Just a chance to slow down and be real—with yourself and the people around you.

**Whether you’ve been with Serving Sundays since day one or this is your very first time, Soul Strolls are designed to be approachable, welcoming, and open-hearted.**
Come as you are—there’s nothing to prepare for or prove.

We’re not walking to chase who we’re not.
We’re walking to reconnect with who we already are—underneath the noise.

A few things to help you feel comfy and prepared:

* **Bring water** to stay hydrated
* **Bring a journal + pen** (or use your phone for notes)
* **Dress in layers** – The Presidio loves to surprise us with sun *and* fog
* **Wear comfy shoes & athleisure** – we’ll be strolling and pausing

**📍 Starting Location:**
Spruce & Pacific Ave – park or get dropped off there.
We’ll gather at the **picnic tables behind the public restrooms**, or on the **grassy patch nearby**.
We'll end back at this same spot, with an optional hangout to head to the food trucks ✨
