Free community workout!

This event is for women only, of all ages and abilities (children included if they want to jump in with us!). If you are joining live, I will have dumbbells and kettlebells for you to use, but feel free to bring your own with you to ensure you get a good weight for what you need! Also make sure to bring a mat and/or towel as the grass is usually still dewy when we get there. You'll also want to bring water with you as well. There is a bathroom and playground on site if needed.

If you're joining us virtually, you will need a workout mat (or a flat space to do the workout), dumbbells or resistance bands, and water!

We will be starting the class at 8:05am (to give you a couple extra minutes to get in and set up if virtual) with a couple mobility exercises and then moving into the full strength workout!
