Join sound meditation facilitator Jay Taylor for a one of a kind experience in sound. Settle into the space with light guided breathwork and the setting of intention.  As the powerful frequencies of the crystal bowls, flutes, and percussion evolve become aware of the thoughts, ideas, memories, and emotions presented to you. Your practice is in allowing yourself to feel whatever arises so that you can process it and let it go.  Through this process you will ultimately find yourself in a state of deep relaxation and stillness.
