Start your week off with fresh air, waterfront views, and great company. **Fresh Start** is our morning walk club in Virginia Beach.



We'll meet at the former Rockefellers Restaurant before setting out on a relaxed community walk through the Marina District. Our route follows the scenic Rudee Inlet and continues along the oceanfront boardwalk before returning to our starting point.



Come enjoy meaningful conversation, light movement, and one of the most beautiful sunrise settings in Hampton Roads.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate in classes, workshops, and community events offered by Oasis Health Group LLC and any affiliated subsidiaries or subcontractors. I understand that these practices are generally safe and beneficial, and I agree to listen to my body and participate at a level that feels right for me.

Health & Responsibility

I understand that Oasis Health community programming may involve physical movement or activations and that any class may carry some risk of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will take full responsibility for my health and safety during all sessions. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any physical activity.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By signing this waiver, I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness (including but not limited to contagious or infectious diseases), or damages that may result from my participation, whether known or unknown. In doing so, I release and discharge Oasis Health Group LLC, its employees, subcontractors, and subsidiaries from any and all claims or causes of action—past, present, or future—arising out of my participation, including those due to negligence. This includes any claims related to use of the facilities, classes held off-site, or other sponsored events.

Property & Media Consent

I give permission to Oasis Health Group LLC to use photographs or video in which I may appear for promotional purposes. If I do not consent to being photographed, I understand it is my responsibility to inform instructors before class.
