Sunset Core: Friday Evening ParkPilates

Unwind from the week with a rejuvenating 45-minute outdoor mat Pilates class in Golden Gate Park, right by the Love Blocks sculpture.

Join us Fridays at 6PM for a core-stability focused session designed to reset your body and mind as you ease into the weekend. Set to the peaceful backdrop of trees and sky, this all-levels class blends strength, breath, and mindful movement — perfect for both beginners and seasoned movers.
