Our intro classes are designed to provide an introduction to  Breathwork and Ice Baths, and how we practice the Wim Hof Method at the Miami Ice Club. In these sessions, you'll learn some of the science and reasons behind this powerful work, while also being carefully guided, step-by-step, by your instructor.

These sessions are great for all levels, whether it's your very first time, have only socially or casually practiced, or if you've been practicing for quite some time.
