Waiver & Release of Liability

By joining this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in pickleball involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, or injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless The Serve Social, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence.

3. Medical Treatment
In the event of injury or illness, I consent to receive medical treatment and accept responsibility for any associated costs.

4. Personal Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions preventing me from safely engaging in pickleball. I will follow all event rules and guidelines.

5. Media Release
I consent to photographs or videos of me being used for promotional purposes by The Serve Social, without compensation.

Acknowledgment
I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver. I understand that by agreeing and moving forward with this registration, I am giving up certain legal rights.
