Getting ready for your next race? Or maybe you're interested in getting a taste of HYROX? Whatever your background is, join us at F45 Arvada Ridge for a self-paced HYROX simulation.



We will have a hard cap of 1 hour 30 minutes due to the normal class schedule. If you're unsure of your finishing time, please opt for the half simulation experience and feel free to extend it if time permits. Running will be performed outside as whether permits.



Since your coaches will be participating WITH you. There will NOT be an active coach during this event. Race at your own pace and enjoy this event!
